PRICES

In the event of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it - for example, give you your money back or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

PAYMENT

NORDIC HIVE accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

DELIVERY

NORDIC HIVE strives to ship orders within 24 hours of placing the order. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping to parcel shops is free. Home delivery costs 69 DKK.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.

Goods are delivered every weekday. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you file a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs. Contact us before you want to return your product, so that it will be as easy as possible.
When returning, making complaints and exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be sent to:

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

If it is a refund, please contact us so that the agreed amount can be transferred.

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE DURING SALE

Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged during periods of sale, special offer campaigns or special discounts.

RIGHT OF CANCELATION

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you have received the goods.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can also use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Should you regret your purchase, where a free gift is delivered with the order itself, the entire order must be returned.

RETURN

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 90 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. This means that you bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.

When you return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. To facilitate processing time, you are welcome to include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

If you wish to return the item to us, we can help with a label and we will then credit the shipping cost with your refund of the purchase amount.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods, and then they should be in the same condition as when you received them.

If the item has extraordinary signs of wear or damage other than that described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must try the product for 30 days.

REFUND

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the House of Appeals.

In order to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

We do not guarantee, represent or promise that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that we may from time to time remove the Service indefinitely or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

You expressly agree that your use of – or inability to use – the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products and services provided to you through the Service are provided (unless otherwise expressly stated by us) “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind – either express or implied – including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

Our grounding products are intended for connection to a grounded electrical outlet only. Improper use, including insertion into live electrical outlets, is dangerous and strictly prohibited.
By purchasing and using this product, the customer accepts full responsibility for correct use and acknowledges that Nordic Hive cannot be held liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect use .

In no event shall Nordic Hive , our directors, employees, partners, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any damage, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind – including, without limitation, loss of data, lost profits, lost revenue, damages or injury – whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising out of your use of the Service or of products purchased through the Service, or for any other claims related to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in the Content or loss or damage resulting from the use of the Service or content or product posted, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Service – even if we have been advised of the possibility thereof.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability in such states or jurisdictions will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address.

We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with NORDIC HIVE. and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it.
